Liz grew up in Grand Island, Nebraska and she came to Kansas State University on a volleyball scholarship. She played volleyball for the Wildcats from 1998-2001. She graduated from K-State in 2003 with a degree in Kinesiology. She attended PA school at WSU. After graduation she worked in Emergency Medicine before joining K+Stat Urgent Care in 2008. She worked at K-Stat for 6 years before moving over to Stonecreek Family Physicians in 2014.

Liz is married to Noah Busch and they have 4 children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family exploring the outdoors hiking or kayaking. She also enjoys running, coaching volleyball and cheering on her kids in their various sports and activities.
